Upon receiving your filled-in registration form, we will issue you with an invoice for your payment arrangements. Once done we request proof of payment for our records. Upon receipt of POP we will issue you with a registration confirmation letter with your full names, designation and company name – these will be the same details that will appear on your badge/lanyard.
Substitutions may be sent at any time. To cancel your paid REGISTRATION and receive a refund, it is necessary to either cancel your REGISTRATION directly on-line or by sending us a formal email as per below terms:
Cancellation for whatever reason should be in writing to organisers; first recommended option is to transfer your registration to a work colleague or attend our next event otherwise where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply; a) Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees. b) Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. c) Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will NOT be eligible for a refund. However due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, we reserve the right to compensate you in kind and or by transfer your registration to one of our similar events of choice.
NB: Refunds will be issued by way of payment received.
The program commences on Tuesday the 23rd of May 2017 with a SMART Golf Tournament followed by the official opening of the summit on Wednesday the 24th then the summit will end on the 25th of May 2017 at approximately 2200hrs.
Only a sponsor representative can pick up credentials for his/her delegates with their registration confirmation letters.
For individual delegates, the attendee named on the badge must pick up his/her own materials. You will be asked to provide proof of identity (i.e. a business card, etc.) and registration confirmation letter upon receiving your badge.
Please be advised that if your badge is lost, misplaced, stolen or left in the hotel room a replacement badge will not be issued without the purchase of a new badge at the current on-site delegate rate. This policy is intended to protect the integrity of the summit by insuring that all delegates are treated equally, minimizing the degree of on-site fraud and maximizing on-site security.
Substitutions may be made, in advance or at the event with proper documentation (a letter on company letterhead showing the name of the original delegate and the person who is attending in his or her place.)
